Overview
With LetsGo Forms, you can collect information from any user at any time. You'll receive notifications upon submissions and can share collected data with others.
This guide explains how to add a form in LetsGo.
How to Add a Form
- Navigate to Forms > Manage Forms
- Click the "Add Form" button
A modal window will appear with form configuration options.

Form Information
- Form Name: Enter a name that describes the purpose of the form.

Access Type: This determines who can fill out the form.
- Global– Available to all users
- Branches– Available only to users from selected branches
- Users– Available only to selected users
- Administrators –Only admins can view/modify results
- Notify to: Select the users who will receive a notification every time the form is submitted.
Settings

Always Available - This option allows you to change the form availability.
- ON – The form is always accessible to users. Users can access and submit the form at any time without needing a prior request.

OFF – You must manually send a request to users to fill out the form. (Use this setting when collecting information from specific users at a specific time.)

Public access - This option allows you to collect data from external users.
- ON – The form can be submitted via a sharable link by external users (e.g., guests, owners)

OFF – Only LetsGo users can submit the form

Only for External Users
- ON – The form is only available via the sharable link (LetsGo users can't access it)

OFF – The form is accessible to both external users (via link) and LetsGo users.
Public Access Options
- The Public Access is only available if Access Type is set to GLOBAL.
- The Only for External Users is only available when Public Access is ON
Form Fields
Click the Add new field button to begin creating your form.

Available Field Types

Click on any added field to edit its title and additional settings.


Expose Result
Enable this option for the fields you want to show as a column in the results table. This allows you to preview responses directly in the results table without having to open all form results.
Public sharable URL
The public URL will be shown in the forms table view, share it or create a QR code with it to start collecting data from external users.
